At the Montemor-o-Novo Agricultural Museum you can see local art with tractors and agricultural implements that are two hundred years old. The Museum has a vast agricultural collection, spread over two floors. On the first one stands out a steam boiler interconnected with a threshing machine, a sparkler and a wheel baler, dating from 1850. On the upper floor stands out the animal traction collection and the recreation of the old «Oficina do Soeiro», known for its population of Montemor-o-Novo. Our museum has three thousand pieces dating back to 1840. You will see one of the largest museums in Europe, two thousand meters in size, with two floors and several sections with a wine cellar and a hairdresser's representation.
