Description
This typical Alentejan house is located in the middle of the fields, in a flat area overlooking the Serra d'Ossa. Access is via a dirt road of approximately 200 meters, and it is connected to the water and electricity main networks. It also has its own borehole.
It is a single-storey house that has three entrances. The first one leads to a small equipped kitchen, with an old-fashioned fireplace. We enter the large living / dining room through an arched wall. Opposite, there is a French door to the outside. To the right, a small hallway leads to a small storage room and the bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub. On the other side of the living room, another hallway leads to three bedrooms and ends with one of the access doors of the house.
In front of the house, on the east side, is a relaxation area paved with local marble, with a covered area for the barbecue and traditional bread oven. There is also a small bathroom with a shower. At the rear of the house is an annex with three storage rooms / workshop. There is also a shelter designed for two horses. And to the side of the house, coming from the automatic entrance gate of the property, is another shelter for two cars.
The outdoor space is fully fenced. There is a shaded garden at the front of the house and a cute little pond in the middle of the land.
This small property allows its occupants to enjoy the quietness of the Alentejo, being located among fields where farm animals graze, with a few neighbours far enough to guarantee privacy. It is very close to a town with all amenities, government offices and a supermarket. It is 35 km from the capital of Alentejo, Évora, and approximately 1.5 hours from Lisbon.
