Description

Property exceptionally well located, in the center of the city of Reguengos de Monsaraz, on its main artery,

dated from the end of the 19th century - beginning of the 20th century, contemporary with the date of construction of the main church, given that

fits into the urban design of the blocks bordering this construction. There are several old images of the

building, in particular one in which it is stated that at the beginning of the century the - Lisbonense Hotel had operated there.

In the independent premises of the house, the Reguengos Notary Office also operated at one time. O

building, all of traditional construction, will have been the subject of regular conservation works, as it is in

excellent condition of conservation, both structural and finishing - flooring, plaster, carpentry and mesh

of water and sewage. It features, in particular, a new roof, recently built, consisting of a

concrete beams and pre-stressed joists for laying the roof, in Portuguese tiles.
