Herdade em Portel
A Herdade da Chanina situa-se em Portel.
Com uma área total de 113 hectares a Chanina tem cerca de 20 hectares de montado de sobro e azinho, com um renovo de sobreiro muito bom. Tem ainda olival e pastagens e uma charca.
A herdade tem área construída de 420m² entre casa e dependências agrícolas. A rede eléctrica está a cerca de 1,5 km e em tempos teve telefone.
Especialmente vocacionada para a criação de gado.
Portel é uma vila portuguesa, no distrito de Évora, região Alentejo e sub-região do Alentejo Central, com 2 411 habitantes (2021).
A localidade de Portel é a sede do município de Portel que tem 601,01 km² de área e 5 747 habitantes (2021) e está subdividido em 6 freguesias. O município é limitado a norte pelo município de Évora, a leste por Reguengos de Monsaraz, a sueste por Moura, a sul pela Vidigueira, a sudoeste por Cuba e a oeste por Viana do Alentejo.
A aldeia de Portel foi fundada em 1261, tendo recebido foral de concelho em 1262.

"Herdade da Chanina" - Chacina´s Homestad is located in Portel.
With a total area of 113 acres, Chanina has around 20 acres of cork oak and holm oak forests, with very good cork oak growth. It also has an olive grove and pastures and a pond.
The homestad has a constructed area of 420 sqm between the house and the agricultural premises. The mains is about 1.5 km away and once had a telephone.
Specially dedicated to cattle raising.
